About Raymor Estate Cellars

Raymor Estate Cellars is a small boutique winery set in the rolling hills of New York's Finger Lakes region near Bristol and Canandaigua Lake, just off Routes 5 & 20 east of East Bloomfield. Opened in June 2011 by owners Herb and Pam Raymor, who together bring decades of winemaking experience, the winery's mission is to promote New York State wines produced from locally grown grapes.

As a craft beverage producer, Raymor goes well beyond wine: they press still hard ciders from locally grown apples, brew craft beer, and created a signature 'Fusion' series, a new craft beverage category for New York State in which wine and still hard apple cider are fused into a single beverage, offered in five distinct flavors.

The intimate, owner-run tasting room is open by appointment, and visits feel more like sitting down with friends than a typical tasting-bar experience. Through their 'Bring the Winery to You' approach, their popular mobile Tap Trailer serves wine, beer, hard cider, and slushes at weddings, private gatherings, and corporate events, and customized gift baskets of their wines, ciders, and locally inspired products are also available.
